On October 26, 2009 Glenn and Neva Berkey completed the first two levels of Spanish study and moved to Chichicastenango. They will continue language studies as needed, but will concentrate on learning the culture and enhancing their diagnosis skills while working in the field over the next several months and work with our ministry team in the department of Quiche.
We now have three RN's, two MD's, one Dentist, four health promoters, one dental assistant and one administrative assistant working under the supervision of Kemmel Dunham, our Director of Highlands Operations in this area.  (Click to enlarge) |
